Our hydraulic repair experts provide complete service, repair and diagnostics to ensure the most efficient and productive pump possible. Every unit we repair is tested and related to factory specifications – ensuring the highest standard for your unit – or they don’t leave our workshop.

Our experienced technicians take the extra step when diagnosing and repairing your hydraulic unit. We understand how critical downtime can be to your company and work hard to provide prompt, yet uncompromising quality service.

Every unit sent to us for inspection is immediately disassembled in our workshop and evaluated free of charge and a quotation will then be prepared and presented to our customer with completion date.

Once we are authorised to carry out necessary repairs, the unit is methodically recorded, all re-usable parts are thoroughly cleaned, all bearings, seals and new parts are replaced where necessary.

We carry an extensive supply of parts in stock, however, should we not have the necessary parts in house we have excellent trading relationships with most major parts suppliers and can usually receive them next working day.

All parts are thoroughly cleaned in our high pressure degreasing machine prior to assembly.

The unit is then vigorously checked on one of our test facilities ensuring full working order to manufacturer/user specifications before dispatch.All items repaired/supplied are subject to our six months parts and labour warranty plan ensuring full after sales support.
